puerto de escucha boqueado

Hola me pongo en contacto porque en el bitcomet pone que tengo el puerto bloqueado. El bitcomet lo tengo configurado segun los tutoriales de esta pagina y funcionaba todo bien, pero derrepente pone esto y nose porque puede ser ni como acer que este bien. Tengo windows 7 y el antivirus que utilizo es el eset smart security 4 y tengo un cable modem y 32 mb de euskalte contratados. Espero que me puedan ayudar.

I'm writing because BitComet says that I have the port blocked. I have bItComet configured as per the tutorials on this page, and everything was functioning well but, suddenly, it says this and I don't know why it could be so, nor how to [fix it].

I have Windows 7, Eset Smart Security 4 antivirus, cable modem and a 32 Mb connection with Euskaltel. I hope that you are able to help me.
