uso BitComet 1.37
Uso un puerto de escucha en BitComet (22991), en opciones<conexión, tengo marcadas las casillas de (añadir excepción al Firewall de Windows y activar la asignación de puertos UPnP)
en asistente de red, tengo la casilla marcada de: Mi equipo está tras un Firewall/NAT, se necesita añadir una asignación de puertos)
Mi router: (soy de Movistar y lo hago a través del portal Alejandra) (Tengo fibra óptica)

La dirección IP, me cambia cada vez que reinicio el PC (me cambia a veces)
Le doy a aceptar y luego me voy a operaciones pendientes, acepto, y se supone que esta configurando el router eso que puse.
Voy al Firewalls de Windows (tengo Windows 10 (hace poco que se me actualizó (antes tenía Windows 8.1)))
en permitir una aplicación o una característica a traves de Firewall de Windows, tengo las casillas marcadas de BitComet - a BitTorrent Client (privado y publico), BitComet TCP 22991 (privado y publico) y BitComet UDP 22991 (privado y publico),
en configuraciones avanzadas del Firewall, añadí 2 reglas de entradas (BitComet TCP 22991 y BitComet UDP 22991)
ya en propiedades de esas reglas,en General (tengo la opción marcada de permitir la conexión), en Protocolos y puertos (en puerto local pone: puertos específicos (22991), en puerto remoto: todos los puertos), opciones avanzadas en Perfiles: tengo marcadas las casillas de dominio, privado y publico.
Tambien en reglas de entrada me aparecen 4 reglas (BitComet - a BitTorrent Client), 2 de TCP y 2 de UDP, pero hay 1 de cada que esta sin el ¨tick¨
en Activar o desactivar FireWall de Windows: en configuracion de red privada lo tengo en activar firewall de windows (Notificarme cuando Firewall de windows bloquee una nueva aplicación) y en configuracion de red publica es lo mismo que la privada

En AVAST, me meto en herramientas<cortafuegos (lo tengo activado), lo tengo en red privada y donde pone últimos programas permitidos por el cortafuegos, me aparece el BitComet.
Hace poco nos tuvimos que cambiar de router (no me acuerdo que modelo era el router) porqué se sobre calentó , y con el otro no tuve problemas de poner el puerto de entrada del BitComet en luz verde, y con este me cuesta mucho, quiero que vaya mas rápido las descargas, necesito una respuesta clara y detallada y que pueda entenderla, porque con estas cosas soy un poco ¨patoso¨, muchísimas gracias y espero respuesta pronto, un saludo desde españa

I'm new at the forums and since I don't know where to post the help that I need and, since it has to do with the listen port, I'm putting it here. ![:)]()
I use BitComet 1.37.
I use one listen port for BitComet (22991). In Options/Connection, I have the boxes Add exception to Windows Firewall and Activate the assignment of ports UPnP checked/activated.
In Network Assistant, also have the box 'My computer is behind a Firewall/NAT, it's necessary to add an assignation of ports' checked/activated.
My router: I'm with Movistar (Telefónica), and I do it through the Alejandra portal [it's an easy-to-use-site, provided by Telefónica to access your HomeStation Router...]. I have optical fibre.

The IP address changes every time I reboot the PC (it sometimes changes)
I hit Acept and then go to Pending operations, I accept and it's supposed to configure the router with what I had entered.
I go to Windows Firewall (I have Windows 10 - it updated recently, (before, I had Windows 8.1))
Inasfar as permitting an application or a characteristic through the Windows Firewall, I have a BitTorrent Client (private and public), BitComet TCP 22991 (private and public) and BitComet UDP22991 (private and public) BitComet's boxes checked/activated.
In Advanced Firewall configuration, I added 2 incoming rules (BitComet TCP 22991 and BitComet UDP 22991).
Once inside the Properties of these rules, under General (I have the option 'permit the connection')
In Protocol and ports (under Local Port it says: Specific ports (22991), under Remote ports: all of the ports, Profile Advanced Options: I have the Domain, Private and Public boxes all checked,
Also, under Rules of entry, there appear 4 rules: BitComet - a BitTorrent Client, 2 TCP and 2 UDP, but there is one of each that is unchecked.
Under Enable/Disable Windows Firewall: in Private Network configuration I have it set asActivate Windows Firewall (Notify me when Windows blocks a new application) and in Public Network Configuration, I have it the same as the Privateone.

In Avast!, I go to Tools/Firewall (I have it activated), I have it in the private network and where it states the latest programs permitted by the Firewall, BitComet appears.
Recently, we had to change the router (I can't remember the model) because it overheated, and with the other one, I didn't have any problems in setting the incoming port for BitComet with the green light, but with this one it's really giving me a hard time. I want the downloads to be faster, but I need a reply that is clear and detailed and one that I can understand because, with these things, I'm quite ignorant.
